Sorry guys I was trying to make it on time
I was checking the software update feature on my Nokia Lumia Icon for
months waiting for the 8.1 update. I’m almost sure that I (and other Lumia
owners) will never get it since MS and Verizon seem to be uninterested in
supporting early adopters of Windows Phone 8.0. I recently read an article
saying that MS will make Windows 10 available for us early Lumia owners.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me again, shame on me. I’m not biting. For
a great device that the Icon is, it’s unfortunate that it wasn’t promoted
more aggressively. It doesn’t matter, though. I’m getting rid of it and
won’t look back.

I agree. They should have stick with the Lumia brand, which has become
quite recognized in the public. But let me remind you that the Nokia brand
(albeit shorter than Microsoft) was place on the same places – front and
back – as on the 535.
MS needs (and must) release a high end phone, preferably two. A successor
to the 1020, and one with incredible specs. Yes, WP 8.1 runs amazing on
even low end specs, but it’s about people’s perception of the brand.
I rather it be called windows Lumia sounds better and stronger than
Microsoft Lumia in my opinion, with the average consumer already familiar
with windows and its known as windows phones but no nokia just sounds
wrong, again the familiarity with the nokia brand, consumers have known and
have a soft spot for although I use android so I guess it doesn’t matter
Talking about a Lenovo Chromebook with yoga capabilities the Lenovo IdeaPad
N20P seems like a first attempt at a similar device with the two modes(
stand mode/laptop mode).
We’re seeing these 64bit cpu chips have crazy high single core performance.
Ok I just got my iPhone 6 plus in and the battery sucks ass I had to charge
