    Good morning Amir;

Can I just say how thankful I am with all your help and I think by the
grace of God he brought you to your channel when I most needed you. I lost
my job and I know another opportunity is around the corner and to qualify I
needed to be tested. Well you showed me everything and I practiced and now
I will write the test in confidence. Thank you and have a blessed day!

Hey Amir, thank you thank you thank you so much for your tutorials. I am
so thankful that I found your channel. I took the proveit Word and Excel
test yesterday, and because of your teaching I got a 100 on the Excel test
    and a 93 (I think – it was 90 something) on the Word test. I know I
wouldn’t have passed if I hadn’t watched your videos several times. So,
    thank you again.

Are you allowed to use shortcut keys on the exam?

  13. Amir Parmar says:

Hi, I am not sure which list of question are you asking. In this tutorial I
talk about q&a related to Microsoft Word and there is another video that
    talks about Microsoft Excel q&a.

  14. Alex Kennedy says:

You are so friendly-sounding when you explain things – and it is done at
such a speed that I can take notes, as well as perform what you do on my
computer (I have a dual screen). I hope that I will perform well on my
    exam… Thank you so much…

Hi Amir – when you spoke about page breaks, you said it can be treated like
a section break. Page breaks that are part of the same section are oriented
together. A page in a different section can be made portrait or landscape
but be different from the previous pages if they are separated by a SECTION
break. This is found on the Page Layout tab, click on the “breaks” icon and
the drop down list will offer you a selection from which you can pick
    “page” or “section” break.

  16. Cassandra Henderson Gadson says:

Amir, I had to take a break to handle family issues and just got back to
your Word video. I jumped straight to this exam part 1 – feeling pretty
confident that just from Word part 1 video, I would understand what I knew
and immediately grasp what I did not know. I am so happy to say, I
remembered what I learned from your Word Part 1 video and was able to
follow this exam video with understanding! With the process of elimination,
I see what I need to focus on. I will head to Word part 2 video.

  17. Amir Parmar says:

Hi Rita, thanks for the correction, I might have made a mistake. I do talk
about Page Breaks in the part 2 (I think) and also have 20 minutes video
talking about Page Breaks. I will try to find the minutes where I made the
mistake and add the note of correction.
