While everyone is going gaga over an Indian becoming CEO, I would be proud
when and Indian Software Company displaces Microsoft as one of the Giants,
given the talent we have here.

    Dear microsoft board of directors,
I seriously think you have made the wrong man ceo.

As your ardent fan, I am well aware the company would like to head towards
a devices and services company. And you would expect satya to be speaking
about that or at least gearing towards that direction of devices and
services and how microsoft can move forward there. He should be addressing
the problem in his answers in this video: however, Instead of doing that,
in very stark contrast, satya is talking about “software driven” “get
people to do more and innovate more” “WE ARE A DO MORE COMPANY” it seems
like he is UNCLEAR of the reason why he is hired. The important task at
hand of transforming the company to a devices and services company is
completely lost on him and his head. His vision is utterly and completely
    WRONG! Shit!!!

Microsoft software suffer from poor quality.
Satya must work hard to improve them.

  9. qw ib

He definitely doesn’t have what It takes to turn Microsoft around, I’m not
sure any traditional CEO does at this point, Microsoft needs to give the
power to true visionary. I do have a feeling this Is partially because of
India’s fast growing software market, an Indian CEO Is going to massively
boost Microsoft’s Image In India, as demonstrated by the comments. Time
    will tell.

There is hardly any innovation from Microsoft for a long time. You can’t
teach old dog new tricks and even though I don’t want to believe it, it
fits Microsoft so much. Microsoft’s business model is dying and there is
no way of making money out of that model anymore. The whole organisation is
crippled by people who have been idle for decades. Satya’s ruthless
attempts will end up having to fire the big group which I don’t see him
doing that with bill and ballmer still on the board. For all the people
who dislike Ballmer as much as I do, he is a scapegoat in a sinking
titanic. Satya nadella is no superman!. Even apple is struggling to find
new products for the last 3-4 years. They don’t have the guts to release
anything even though a lot stuff are happening in their kitchen.

Being the most powerful Tech CEO from India he should have given some
reference of being an indian beacuse Indians are backing him to get that
job and are proud of his achievements. He may have US citizenship but he
should not forget from where he came from, the place he grew and studied at.
Rest, he is the best choice for Miscrosoft, hope he can change their
fortunes at get them ahead of Apple again.

Satya Nadella says that everything is becoming digital, Doug Burger says
that the future is analog (

work at Microsoft. Perhaps they should talk sometime 😀

  38. H

if i am bill, and i am so involved in my gates foundation and i have left
the company for good only remain as chairman. The first question I will ask
satya when he asked me to be tech advisor is:”are you saying you are not
good enough for the role? you DARE to ask me back? are you fucking around
with me? why do i pay millions to hire you for FUCK??? I am the goddamn
founder of this company, which means i am your boss! you fucking with me??”

  39. TheDutchOwner

I hope Bill will be able to steer this out of control car before it
crashes… Which with Windows 8 is pretty close to impact.

  41. Ashutosh Raghuwanshi

I can see the excitement in him. I am also excited, not because Satya

C’Mon Bill you’re not fooling anyone, you have and always will be King of
Microsoft. We all know Ballmer was never really in control and we know the
new guy will never be in control either. Why not just reclaim all your
stocks and become the worlds first Trillionaire? You have Nokia = Premium
Hardware – Check, Skype = Communications-Check, Nokia maps plus Bing maps =
Locations Network – Check, Office = Productivity = Lock Down, Xbox = Media
    – Check, Bing = Search – Check and the King of all Windows, that literally
made other Billionaire tech Companies (Facebook, Google, Amazon) All hail
    King Bill Microsoft
