I think its in a very premature state. Microsoft has taken a little of every thing, exchange, hosting, sharepoint and web designing. All of it is in fragments nothing works.
Office 365 includes FOPE (Forefront Online Protection for Exchange). Every SKU of office 365 has FOPE admin center rights except for the small business plans E1 and E2. Try looking into that.

I have been using MS office 365 for two month. I offer to rename it to “MS office 365 days itch” because I come across bugs and dulls everyday .I even have created a sepcial file for MS Ofiice 365 and bus dulls and bugs. It is awfully unbaked product. Did not expect such a raw product from Microsoft.
