Microsoft OneNote -The best software you'll ever use

Tech reviewer, Glenn Avery, can barely hold back emotions as he reviews Microsoft OneNote for GroupTrails.com.

This is an introduction to using Pivot Tables (or PivotTables) in Microsoft Excel. It works in Excel 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013.

I just want to know how to change a text image into a word document, a
scanned text image using onenote and where I get it. All the places I’ve
visited where they talk about OCR they mention the software never give the
links, nor they explain orderly how to do things many things are assumed
when giving out the information. What you say is great, just missing those
points I am tired of watching people talk or reading posts in google. But
thank you for this tutorial :)

Great tutorial! We have many things in common! You’ve inspired me to use
OneNote more. Could you do a video on the differences between OneNote full
versus the free one with SkyDrive/OneDrive please?

Loved your review. I’m a fan of One Note. I don’t understand why more
    people don’t use it.

Also, great to put your notebook on SharePoint. If you’re collaborating
with people and open OneNote notebook directly from a SharePoint URL, not
only is the data always safe/saved, but everyone in your group who has the
same document gets your updates within seconds of your changes. This works
well for both online and offline collaboration. When you’re able to
reconnect, your changes sync back, and you get the changes that others have
    made.

You also will see tags indicating who made the changes and can find out
    when they made the changes.

What is so ironic, is that I have been searching assiduously for weeks for
some kind of program to organize my research files; I read several books,
even by people who actually have DEGREES in personal organizing and
such-like, and though they describe complicated electronic filing systems,
never once do they mention either Evernote or OneNote! I stumbled upon
OneNote while taking a tutorial for some other Microsoft programs, or I
wouldn’t have known about it at all. I was just confused about the actual
mechanics of using the application, and Mr. Avery has explained that very
well and quite humorously. Thank you! This is exactly what I needed!

I love using Microsoft OneNote been using it since my first tablet PC in
2005. Great program. I breezed through my undergrad using this. Taking
notes in class printing them at home. Drawing for chemistry test and
biology class. Formulas for math. My classmates always were like wowwwww.
I still use it. For journaling etc

  48. Stephanie Blackburn says:

Very simple and to the point tutorial. SO helpful! I’ve learned pivot
tables before but it’s been so long since I’ve used them, and this was a
    great refresher.

The only thing I’d recommend is maybe you could include a download link to
your data set? I like to try things myself to make sure I’m getting it, and
I went through and typed about 20 rows of your data set before I realized
you had 500! 😛 I just had to go with an abridged version.

Thanks so much for this tutorial!
