is though, I went to get rid of that but once it reached 20,000 items I got

I’m getting an error when I try to open the downloaded file. It says I
don’t have permission and the “Runas” feature isn’t supported. I’m already
the admin for my pc so how do I fix this?
I don’t think this program would be good to use for malware removal. I’d
recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which is freeware as well.
It needs Administrative privileges. Do you have User Account Notifications
turned off? Right click it and click “Run as administrator”.

Sounds like your anti-virus might be flagging and deleting it.
