Karen, you made that song work perfectly. Excel can be used for most calculation need, thus replacing calculators, provided on knows how to use the full functionability of Excel. With what you did with American Pie, have you given any thought to developing training videos? If training videos we presented in an entertaining way, as your notice of depature was; “Bye, Bye Excel and I”, learning the professional leval features would indeed make this customer smile.
