Did you create a backup for deleting the key? If not then, you should restore your pc to an earlier date…example: restore back to yesterday. Done.

I am sorry for the problem you have. As you can see, it has worked for others. Was your installation fresh?
You should go back to the registration key and make sure it is deleted. Check other programs (power point etc) and see it show trial. If it doesn’t show trial. then Don’t worry about “Word” showing trial. It will never expire. Enjoy.
as some one said. Even after deleting the registration folder, the word that i checked still asks for key. It did not work I did all that you said 3 times. No use. I have Windows 8

File not delete.
Just click OK or ACCEPT when that message pops up….you are done. Recheck and be sure the registration key is deleted.

Few people for get to do exactly as i said. This trick work 100%. One more thing to the rest of our viewers. after you delete the Registration Key, close it. Open any Office Application. If it’s not Activated..go back to check if the Registration key was properly deleted.

PROCEDURE
1) Go to Start> Regedit
2) go to> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Office/15.0
3) Delete the folder “Registration” make sure office 2013 is closed when doing this. Good luck

it does work … but in an office program it stills says that the product is not activated… i wonder if that will give me problems in the future, thanks 😀 (my beta time is not done yet)

Hi OHCAM5, This method is still working……Microsoft hasn’t patched it yet. Something is wrong somewhere in your registry. Re-install it if you want. When deleting the registry, make sure office 2013 is closed. You shouldn’t have problem with windows 8.
